PP的市场前景:
PP有着广阔的应用前景。随着高分子材料加工设备的不断进步和增容技术手段的提高，越来越多的共混体系可以采用动态硫化技术进行加工，这必将会导致一系列性能优良、成型加工方便、设计灵活的热塑性硫化胶出现，传统的硫化橡胶应用领域将越来越多地被热塑性硫化胶所取代，PP在工业领域和生活消费领域的应用必将得到更为迅猛的发展.PP在我国的销量已一个月大约70万吨左右，目前中国是世界上用量的消费国，随着生活的多姿多彩PP产品越来越多，让消费者感受到科学的优越性。
PP属于结晶型聚合物，不到一定温度其颗粒不会熔融，不像PE 或PVC 那样在加热过程中随着温度提高而软化。一旦达到某一温度，PP颗粒迅速融化，在几度范围内就可全部转化为熔融状态。PP 的熔体粘度比较低，因此成型加工流动性良好，特别是当熔体流动速率较高时熔体粘度更小，适合于大型薄壁制品注塑成型，例如洗衣机内桶。PP属于非极性聚合物，具有良好的电绝缘性，且PP吸水性较低，电绝缘性不会受到湿度的影响。PP的介电常数、介质损耗因数都很小，不受频率及温度的影响。PP的介电强度很高，且随温度上升而。这些都是在湿、热环境下对电气绝缘材料有利的。另一方面PP的表面电阻很高，在一些场合使用必须先进行抗静电处理。

PP process introduction:PP melting temperature: 225-285c, do not exceed 280C. PP mold temperature: 42-82c, 52C is recommended. The degree of crystallization is mainly determined by the mold temperature.
Injection pressure: up to 1850 bar.
PP injection speed: the use of high-speed injection molding can reduce the internal pressure to the minimum. If there are defects on the surface of the product, low-speed injection molding at higher temperature should be used.
PP runner and gate: for cold runner, the typical runner diameter range is 5-8mm. It is recommended to use the injection port and runner with round body. All types of gates are available. Typical gate diameters range from 1-1.5mm, but Gates as small as 0.8mm can also be used. For edge gates, the minimum gate depth should be half the wall thickness; the minimum gate width should be at least twice the wall thickness.

PP molding characteristics:1. Crystalline material, hygroscopicity is small, easy to occur melt fracture, long-term contact with hot metal is easy to decome.
2. PP has good fluidity, but its shrinkage range and shrinkage value are large, and it is easy to produce shrinkage cavity, dent and deformation.
3. The cooling speed is fast, the pouring system and cooling system should slow heat dissipation, and pay attention to control the molding temperature. When the material temperature is low temperature and high pressure, it is easy to orientate. When the mold temperature is lower than 55 ℃, the plastic parts are not smooth, easy to produce poor fusion and flow marks, and warpage deformation occurs when the temperature is above 95 ℃. Glass fiber is the main reinforcement material, which can significantly improve the tensile strength of PP plastics. Generally, the content of glass fiber is less than 40%. It is generally considered that when the fiber length is greater than 0.2 mm, the effect is better when the diameter of glass fiber is more than 10 microns. With the increase of glass fiber content, the processing fluidity of reinforced PP decreases correspondingly, but it is still a kind of plastic with good fluidity
