中国台湾台塑PP 5018T

王永庆与王永在兄弟建立的台塑集团是中国台湾的民营制造业集团，旗下有30多家分公司与海外公司，2010年总营收2万1850亿约折合4540亿币，为中国台湾*二大民营企业，在中国台湾石化界及整个企业界具有举足轻重的地位。王永庆更是世界“塑胶大王”。王永庆不仅在中国台湾已经建立了庞大的家族事业及正在中国台湾投资3000亿元台币兴建跨世纪的“六轻”工程，还在美国投资数10亿美元，建立了庞大的石化工业基础。台塑集团并于越南投资220亿美元，建设亚洲*二大钢铁厂，预计于2014年完工。王氏家族人员众多，儿子、女儿、儿媳与女婿计数十人，**家族事业要津。王家尽管未有人在政坛任职，但政商关系良好，对中国台湾经济与都有不可忽视的影响力，是中国台湾新兴大家族的典型代表。
台塑集团在麦寮六轻共投资兴建十二个厂，目前各厂均已完工生产中，六轻四期扩建及去瓶颈工程大部份亦已完工。完工后除可大幅增加本公司营业额外，并纾解中国台湾石化基本原料不足，且可再加工生产特用化学品及工程塑料，对石化业原料取得、成本控制及产品附加提升，都有密不可分之关系，同时可促进工业升级及带动国内塑料、电子、化纤等产品之层次。

PP is a crystalline polymer, its particles will not melt until a certain temperature, unlike PE or PVC, which softens with the increase of temperature in the heating process. Once a certain temperature is reached, PP particles melt rapidly, and can be completely transformed into molten state within a few degrees. The melt viscosity of PP is relatively low, so the melt viscosity is good, especially when the melt flow rate is high, the melt viscosity is smaller, which is suitable for injection molding of large thin-walled products, such as the inner barrel of washing machine. PP is a non-polar polymer with good electrical insulation, and its water absorption is very low, so the electrical insulation will not be affected by humidity. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor of PP are very small and are not affected by frequency and temperature. The dielectric strength of PP is very high and increases with the increase of temperature. These are beneficial to electrical insulation materials in wet and hot environment. On the other hand, the surface resistance of PP is very high, so antistatic treatment must be carried out in some occasions.

At present, the business scope of Formosa Plastics Group is very wide, including oil refining, petrochemical raw materials, plastic processing, fiber, textile, electronic materials, semiconductor, automobile, power generation, machinery, transportation, biotechnology, education and medical undertakings. Especially in the field of petrochemical industry, a complete industrial chain integrating crude oil import, transportation, smelting, cracking, processing and manufacturing to refined oil retail has been established, which is a unique enterprise group in Taiwan. There are nine companies under the jurisdiction of Formosa Plastics Group with more than 70000 employees and total assets of NT $1.5 trillion.

PP属于结晶型聚合物，不到一定温度其颗粒不会熔融，不像PE 或PVC 那样在加热过程中随着温度提高而软化。一旦达到某一温度，PP颗粒迅速融化，在几度范围内就可全部转化为熔融状态。PP 的熔体粘度比较低，因此成型加工流动性良好，特别是当熔体流动速率较高时熔体粘度更小，适合于大型薄壁制品注塑成型，例如洗衣机内桶。PP属于非极性聚合物，具有良好的电绝缘性，且PP吸水性较低，电绝缘性不会受到湿度的影响。PP的介电常数、介质损耗因数都很小，不受频率及温度的影响。PP的介电强度很高，且随温度上升而。这些都是在湿、热环境下对电气绝缘材料有利的。另一方面PP的表面电阻很高，在一些场合使用必须先进行抗静电处理。
